Removing Blogger Navbar

I am though very new to blogging, and I am blogging under blogger.com, but one thing I am very sure that I just hate Blogger Navbar. It is really annoying to me. The blogger post Navbar appears as a default feature and it appears on top of the blog posts. If you ask me about the reasons for my dislike then I can elaborate it as follows:-
